Wedding images are always delivered within 6 weeks. I generally deliver about 75-100 images per hour of coverage. Engagement and Portrait Sessions are delivered within 3 weeks and vary in amount depending on the package you select.

I try to photograph weddings and portraits in a documentary and very fun and light-hearted way so that you can be yourself and simply have a good time. I love working with natural light and want to help you look naturally beautiful. There is a fine line between knowing when to stay back and let things unfold and stepping in to take advantage of that gorgeous light or special situation. 

I will of course guide you as much as needed and will give you poses that work best for you to ensure we get images you can treasure for a lifetime.

I DON'T LIKE BEING PHOTOGRAPHED AND DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA. CAN YOU HELP ME?

If you're wedding is in the Tampa Bay area (Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Sarasota), there are no travel fees. Anything else will depend on where your venue is located and if I can drive to it, how long the drive is, if I need to stay overnight, etc. Feel free to contact me directly with the details and I can give you an exact quote.  

Engagement sessions are a great way to get to know each other and for you to see how fun and easy being photographed actually is. It gives you the chance to get comfortable in front of the camera before the wedding day so that you know exactly what to expect. I’ve been photographing weddings for over 6 years and nearly all of my clients are someone nervous about having their picture taken. So you’re definitely not alone. The most common thing I head at the end of an engagement session is “This wasn’t so bad—it was really fun.” And that’s one of the reasons I love doing engagement sessions. 

I tend to book wedding 12-18 months in advance, but if you’re wedding is coming up sooner than that, email me and I’ll check my availability. 

Portrait session can be scheduled on a short notice of course.

Trust me, I completely understand how it feels to be photographed and definitely know it seems like there are 100 funner things to do. But I’ll absolutely help you. With my laid-back shooting style and natural posing, it will be very easy and fun after just a short period of time. In the end you’ll agree that it wasn’t as bad as it seemed and you’ll end up with some gorgeous photos.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I RESERVE MY DATE WITH YOU?

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?

Absolutely! I love to travel. Growing up in Europe, I was lucky to travel to many countries throughout the year with my family or friends and that instilled an urge to travel in me forever. Just shoot me an email and let me know the details for your destination wedding and I’ll put together a custom all-inclusive package for you.

When it comes to the wedding day, I would love if you provided me with a list of your family members and their relationship to you so that we can ensure we capture all of the family photos on the wedding. I would hate for us to miss a photo or for you to forget about a photo as I know how important these photos can be. By being organized and planning it all before, we can ensure that doesn’t happen. You’ll receive a family photo questionnaire from me a few months before the wedding so that we can coordinate and be on the same page.

However, I urge you to trust me with the overall art direction of your images. I have found over the years, that shot lists take you out of the moment as an artist and lead you to miss certain opportunities which otherwise would’ve made for great photos. Things tend to become more posed and slow things down which doesn’t always lead to the best photos. Having photographed over 150 weddings of various different religions and cultures and in various countries, I understand what is important to capture. However, do feel free to let me know if there are one or two super important images that you would like me to capture. I’d love to get that for you of course. 

HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHERS DO YOU BRING TO A WEDDING?

It depends on the package and your needs. The standard package includes one additional photographer to make sure that nothing gets missed. The photographers that regularly shoot with me are also professionals who have been in the wedding industry for many years and know the ropes. I completely trust them.

DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH MORE THAN ONE WEDDING IN A DAY?

No. Once you book with me, your wedding date is fully reserved. I like to prepare and ensure I am completely ready to capture your wedding day to the best of my ability.

WOOHOO!! To reserve your wedding date simply email me by filling out the contact form right below. Once I have checked my availability and I am still free for your big day, I’d love to set up a phone call or even in-person meeting. It’s important to me that we are a good fit for each other and personal interaction helps to easily determine that. To book your wedding, I require a 50% retainer payment and a sign digital contract. After I’ve received those two things, the date is fully booked. The final payment is due latest two weeks before the wedding.
